Bonobo, real name Simon Green, now one of the biggest names in dance music, emerged in the late 90s as one of the shining stars of downtempo. Originally released at the turn of the new millennium, Bonobo’s debut album ‘Animal Magic’ has gone on to become a timeless record and a cult favourite amongst his followers.

‘Animal Magic’ is the result of Simon Green's time spent in the creative coastal city of Brighton, marking a significant milestone in his musical maturity. The city acted as a key influence, allowing him to develop his skills in drum programming and production, while tirelessly DJing in this fertile cultural hub.
