Black Eyes is behind the beats and opens up with the laid-back, shuffling rhythms of “Gerry The Fish Whisperer.” Then “Valley Of Sharks” ramps up the intensity with a rawer, more percussive energy. “Soul Fish” comes with heavy, worn-out kicks and buttery shakers, and “The People Want Hydro” closes out the EP with swirling pads and ethereal motifs that occupy the mind and body as one.
