Axel Boman returns in excellent form with a new EP on his own label, Studio Barnhus, blessing this fast-paced world with slow-moving music, inspired by the mountains of Eternal Spring, near Medellín. Specifically, this record was crafted during months of isolation on an avocado farm, where the Swedish producer let the outside world slowly disappear, until only clear forms of uncertain importance remained. Of course, all this is just a poetic attempt to describe a collection of tracks that sound exactly like the kind of record Axel has been immersed in for the past 15 years.
