Athlete Whippet joins the Toy Tonics family! The London/Berlin-based duo creates a sound based on futuristic breakbeats combined with deep jazzy chord progressions and a type of funk that sounds more like it was made in the year 2100 than a year ago. Definitely not a retro record, the Vesta EP is further proof that the connection between London and Berlin that has been built by several Toy Tonics artists (Cody Currie is the newest in the gang) is getting strong. The combination of Berlin dance floor sound and UK jazz-fusion soul is changing the scene and creating new vibes.
