The Melbourne-based composer and sound designer delves even deeper into his penchant for ethereal and evocative melodies, interwoven with fractured rhythms and serpentine grooves. Aurora brings this aesthetic to the fore with six tracks of shimmering beauty.

Spring Orchard opens the record, effortlessly blending deeply layered keys with waves of dreamy synths and dub effects. Wildflower Walk is a melancholic piece, underpinned by a restless groove, while the title track, Aurora, follows a similar line, but with a more energetic focus. Here, piano, guitar, and reverb-drenched synthesizers intertwine to create a warm and enveloping atmosphere.

Aurora is also featured in a remix by Roza Terenzi, who completely transforms the track with her characteristic club-oriented approach. Kennett River, for its part, exhibits a cinematic vibe with shades of hazy hip hop.
