Alarico returns to Mutual Rytm with his "Drops Of You" EP, packed with his characteristic hypnotic rhythms while taking a more minimalist and timeless approach than on previous works.

The Milan-based artist has gained global recognition in recent years. Drawing inspiration from the harder techno sounds of the 90s, Alarico combines unique rhythms and accelerated grooves to deliver his modern vision of the genre. With notable releases on his own label, Katana Records, and support from big names in the scene, he once again breaks barriers with this impressive EP for SHDW's label, Mutual Rytm, with "Drops Of You".

The excellent opener, "0 Kelvin", kicks off with force, featuring sharp synths and percussions that evoke sharpening knives, all underpinned by tight and forceful techno drums. Then, "One More" delves into more twisted territory, with frenetic synth lines cutting through the mix while forceful beats and energetic drum programming advance towards an unknown future.

"Asma" lowers the intensity a bit without losing impact, with a deep and compact drum funk groove, complemented by soulful vocal whispers and militant drum machines that will irresistibly draw dancers in. Next, "Sunburn" keeps the pace high, being another high-speed techno excursion with bold drum patterns and dry hi-hats cutting through the beats. It's a complete sound, enriched with great synth details and euphoric vocal shouts, before the closer, "Drops Of You", kicks in with broken beats, vocal fragments, and psychedelic synth colors that offer an intense and emotional exercise.

In addition to the vinyl cuts, this release includes three exclusive digital tracks: "Sino", "What For", and "Erased". Each is built with fast and energetic rhythms, a mix of bright and dark sonorities, and deep grooves designed to generate maximum impact.
