Originally released in 1992, Juan Atkins joined forces with Moritz von Oswald and Thomas Fehlmann for the second incarnation of the latter duo’s 3 Men in Berlin project, resulting in a monumental Berlin-Detroit collaboration that profoundly influenced the future direction of techno music.

The impact of this album manifests in how it transcends any singular or separable representation of its origins. Instead, it resonates through a collaborative nature that reflects its essence as a melting pot of influences. Glimmers of each member's sound are perceptible: Atkins' warped and bouncy funk, von Oswald's purist echoes and vibrant foundations, and Fehlmann's ambient textures, which at times converge into a single current and at others clash in intense developments.
