His name is Boyd Jarvis (RIP), a keyboard genius and also one of the first creators of this unique sound. Masters At Work only had a few rare sessions in the early 90’s with Boyd and the outcome is some of these stunning outtakes on 'Boyd's Jam' produced by MAW. Driven by Zipper sound and pulsating MAW style KD house rhythms, Boyd's bass line carries the melody in the pocket groove with LV chords bringing atmosphere and vibe.
