A renegade of sorts, during her teens she regularly visited the UK and Germany without her parents’ knowledge to attend London’s Sound Academy and party in Berlin, all whilst continuing to pursue her aspiration to become a DJ.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Bangladeshi producer and DJ is proud of her heritage but realistic about societal expectations of throwing raves in her hometown. She moved to Toronto in her teens, where she grew up and became musically educated, developing a sound that remains organic and raw. Her label and party series, Mind Medizin, explores an erotic lifestyle that embraces the unconventional and the free-spirited, which inspires and motivates Lady Tazz on numerous artistic levels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor Mind Medizin’s latest release, Lady Tazz will drop Sleaze on June 27th, including a special remix from Rekids founder and UK godfather, Radio Slave, who makes his debut on her imprint.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMenacing and charged with salacious intent, Sleaze bursts forth with brazen distorted synth fills and glitching hi-hats. The lyrical part consists of a series of burning vocal hooks sensuously capturing the senses, tightly wrapping around the slowly shifting melody before succumbing to the crushing dominance of the beat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the B-side, the Radio Slave remix accelerates and bursts with resounding overtones over a deep thud, low vocals, and sliding cymbals.
